The Guide To Using Zoom With Qualitative

Adding The App

1. Navigate to https://qualitative.io
2. Click Book Free Consultation button to book time to set up your account
3. After your account is set up, navigate to the Qualitative sign in page
4. Click on Sign In With Zoom
5. Sign in to your Zoom account
6. Select Authorize to let Qualitative access your Zoom account

Troubleshooting Guide

If you do not see the sign in pop-up, please ensure your browser is not blocking pop-ups.

If your user was not found when signing in, please contact Support for a sign up link.

Usage

After signing in with your Zoom account, any user interviews that you schedule will include a Zoom conference.

Unscheduling a user interview will remove the Zoom conference.

Removing The App

1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
2. Click Manage > Added Apps or search for the "Qualitative" app
3. Click the "Qualitative" app
4. Click Remove
